The transport of your package

BeauMonde has chosen to work with the Post Office in order to bring you complete satisfaction for the delivery of your packages and their availability in the event of your absence.

Packages are generally dispatched within 48 hours of receipt of your payment. The standard shipping method is Colissimo with tracking, delivered against signature. (Be careful in the event of temporary closure of the site due to travel as part of our restocking, packages are shipped on the date indicated in our message to the site reception and in the opening insert).

You receive a confirmation by email in your customer account at the time of shipment. It should be noted that BeauMonde Jewelry cannot be held responsible in the event of late delivery, see our Conditions of sale.

The show room being closed on Friday, orders validated from Thursday 11am will be processed on Monday.

Shipping costs include packaging, handling and postage. We advise you to group your purchases into a single order. We cannot group two separate orders and you will have to pay the shipping costs for each of them.

Your package is shipped at your own risk. Particular care is taken to packages containing fragile products.

Deliveries are made carriage paid from € 300 excluding tax of purchases in mainland France.

For reasons of convenience, the prices depend on the amount of your order excluding VAT and correspond to a fixed price. Sending against signature is a guarantee of delivery, greater reliability than sending without a signature, which is essential when working between professionals. So deliveries are best protected for the satisfaction of our customers.

THE FOLLOWING COLISSIMO:

The tracked colissimo is delivered by La Poste in 2 to 5 working days. It is delivered to the delivery address indicated on your order form. It is therefore important to be precise about your delivery address. Delivery is from Monday to Saturday.

In case of absence, the postman leaves you a calling card, indicating the conditions of withdrawal of your package (place and deadlines). The time limits for proceedings are generally 15 days.

Deadlines: the parcel leaves our premises generally 48 hours after receipt of your payment or approximately 72 hours in the event of a period of free shipping given the number of orders to be processed.

You can follow the progress of your package on the site www.coliposte.net; to do this, you will receive an email from the postal services directly to your email address provided when it is picked up.

Packages of the "Colissimo Expert" type delivered against signature for FRANCE :

From € 50 to € 100 HT: package of € 8.90

From 100 € to 200 € HT: flat rate of 10.10 €

From 200 € to 300 € HT: flat rate of 10.90 €

Free shipping from 300 € HT in Metropolitan France.

DELIVERIES ABROAD AND DOM TOM:

BeauMonde reserves the right to study the appropriate transport according to the country of destination, unless the customer has a preferred carrier. In this case he must indicate his account number to BeauMonde.

For the French overseas departments and territories, BeauMonde generally uses the services of the Post Office.

The shipping costs indicated when placing the order relate only to transport in mainland France, delivery prices, outside mainland France, will be calculated as soon as the customer has specified the country to which he wishes to be delivered.

DAMAGED PACKAGE:

We ask you not to accept a damaged package (packaging with visible signs of opening and / or deterioration): you must absolutely refuse it. Indeed, parcels leaving BeauMonde premises are always impeccable, and must be delivered to you in this condition. If a damaged package has been left in your mailbox or your caretaker has received it, the package is considered "accepted as is". If no reservations have been made, we will not be able to take into account the possible disappearances, nor to proceed to compensation.

Please note: BeauMonde Jewelry will only reimburse an order after investigation by our legal department and the result of the Post Office or the Carrier.
