In the absence of any specific stipulation in these conditions and agreed in writing between the parties, orders are automatically subject to these general conditions of sale regardless of the clauses that may appear in the buyer's documents.

The fact that the BeauMonde company does not avail itself at a given time of any one of these general conditions of sale or of the particular conditions of the order, cannot be interpreted as a waiver of the right to avail itself subsequently of any of the say conditions.

These general conditions of sale, applicable to all items offered by the BeauMonde company, aim to define the mutual rights and obligations of the parties as well as the various stages of the ordering process.

Any breach on the part of BeauMonde of one of its obligations, mentioned in these general conditions of sale, may in no case be interpreted by the customer as a waiver of the general conditions of sale. These conditions may be subject to updates or modifications without notice. In this case, the applicable conditions will be those in effect at the time the order is concluded, ie on the day the order is registered.
The sale is reserved for major or minor customers with parental authorization.

ARTICLE 2 - PRODUCTS

The products offered for sale by BeauMonde and promotional offers are within the limits of available stocks and for offers, until the end of their validity. The presence of an article on the site does not guarantee its availability. BeauMonde cannot be held responsible for the lack of availability of items and in the event of an order undertakes to inform the customer as soon as possible. In the event of payment for unavailable items, reimbursement will then be made, the rest of the order remaining firm and final.

The products offered for sale are described and presented with the greatest possible accuracy. Photos are for illustrative purposes. However, the colors of the site may be distorted, depending on the type of screen used. As many of our products are handcrafted, their finish, color and shape cannot be considered as contractual. ARTICLE 3 - PRICE

In the event of a change in prices or discounts, after acceptance of the order by BeauMonde but before complete delivery, the buyer has the option of canceling the order for the part not delivered.

Any changes to orders placed by the buyer, whether in terms of references or quantities, must be previously and expressly accepted by BeauMonde.

The prices indicated do not take into account the shipping costs which will be invoiced in addition and will be specified to the customer when the order is placed.

The products remain the property of BeauMonde until full payment of the price.

ARTICLE 4 - ORDER

Access to the website is reserved for professional customers holding a siret number. BeauMonde however has the option of blocking access to suspicious accounts without cause.

Minimum order: 50 euro excluding tax, whether in France or abroad.

Special order: BeauMonde will ask for 50% of the total amount including tax of the order. In the event of cancellation of the order, the deposit remains the property of SAS BEAUMONDE. No refund will be made.

Any modification to the orders of articles or in quantity, by the purchaser, must be previously and expressly accepted by our company.

- Beforehand, the customer will have to register by filling out a form with his contact details and mentioning a password that he will reuse each time he wishes to return to the site. At any time he will have the possibility:

Confirmation of the order :

After having read the status of his order, and once all the requested information has been completed by the customer, the latter will click on "Validate" to definitively confirm his order. After having validated his method of payment, the customer definitively and irrevocably validates his order with the effects indicated below. It also validates its delivery address.

If the customer wishes to cancel an order validated in preparation, this will be subject to acceptance by BeauMonde and if acceptance the invoice will be transformed into a credit note in the form of a code valid for 6 months. No refund will be made.

The customer validates his address, the product (s) and the total price. The customer must provide his bank card number, its expiration date and the security code number (3-digit number on the back of the bank card). If the choice of payment is Paypal, payment is made via a Paypal account.
In all cases, whatever the method of payment chosen by the customer, BeauMonde will acknowledge receipt of the order as soon as it is validated by email or by any other means at its convenience. BeauMonde reserves the right to refuse certain orders deemed invalid.

By validating the order, the customer certifies having read the conditions of sale and undertakes to do so and to be either 18 years old or have parental authorization to proceed with the order.

ARTICLE 5 - PAYMENT AND SECURITY

The amount owed by the customer is the amount indicated on the order confirmation sent by e-mail by BeauMonde to the customer.
Payment will be made, unless the server is unavailable, immediately on the Internet by Credit Card (Blue, Visa, Eurocard / Mastercard) or by Paypal. It is specified that only Bank Cards issued by a French financial institution will be accepted.

The customer can also pay for his order as follows:

- By check: for this means of payment, the customer must note that for any order for an amount greater than 300 euros, a photocopy of the identity document may be requested. This additional part must be provided as soon as possible for rapid processing of the order. The goods leave upon receipt of the check.

- By transfer directly to BeauMonde's bank account. The customer is asked for proof of the transfer so as not to delay the preparation of the order. The order is shipped upon receipt of the amount in BeauMonde's bank account.

In the event of a payment dispute with a customer, BeauMonde reserves the right to refuse his order as well as in the event of a dispute concerning the total or partial non-payment of a previous order, refusal of authorization of payment by credit card. banking organizations, non-payment or partial payment, use of a Bank Card not issued by a French financial institution. BeauMonde cannot be held responsible for this under any circumstances.

ARTICLE 6: SECURING TRANSACTIONS

To ensure payment security, the beaumonde-bijoux.com site uses the CYBERMUT secure payment service. The confidential data (the 16-digit bank card number, the expiration date as well as the cryptogram) are directly transmitted encrypted on the SIPS server without passing through the physical media of the BeauMonde server.

ARTICLE 7: DELIVERY

Shipments are generally made within 48 hours after receipt of payments and full receipt of the order insofar as the customer is up to date with his obligations to BeauMonde. Added to this period is the time of the delivery of the package.

The deadlines are given for information only and do not constitute a firm commitment from BeauMonde. Exceeding these deadlines cannot give rise to any deduction or compensation.

In the event of temporary closure of the site due to travel as part of restocking or holidays, the packages are shipped on the date indicated in our message on the site reception and the opening insert.

In addition, the delivery time may be extended exceptionally within the framework of promotional campaigns or free shipping, given the number of orders to be processed. this period can go from 48h to 96h.

The deadlines indicated are automatically suspended by any event beyond our control and having the consequence of delaying delivery.

Orders can be delivered anywhere in the world. BeauMonde reserves the right to make partial or total deliveries and to choose the appropriate mode of transport. Orders are delivered in France by colissimo or another operator.

The products are shipped with the invoice, to the delivery address indicated by the customer when ordering. No complaint will be accepted in relation to the delivery address indicated on the invoice.

Goods, even shipped carriage paid, travel at the risk and peril of the buyer.

Packages are shipped with an R2 recommendation rate which the customer accepts. If the order exceeds € 200, the customer can request to insure the package at a higher recommendation rate and pay the price difference that this generates. Without special request from the customer, the package will be shipped in R2 and the customer will not be able to make any complaint about this.

It is up to customers to note specific reservations on the delivery receipt for any apparent damage to the outer packaging or any noise of breakage in a package, as well as for any missing compared to the number of packages indicated on the transport receipt. Packages leaving BeauMonde premises are always impeccable and must be delivered in this condition. Delivery by post (colissimo)

The tracked Colissimo is delivered by the Post Office in 2 to 5 working days. It is delivered to the delivery address indicated on your order form. It is therefore important to be precise about your delivery address. Delivery is from Monday to Saturday. Our packages are shipped against signature and with insurance depending on the value of the package.

In case of absence, the postman leaves you a calling card, indicating the conditions of withdrawal of your package (place and deadlines). The time limits for proceedings are generally 15 days. BeauMonde cannot be held responsible for the absence of the customer during delivery.

Deliveries are made carriage paid for purchases of € 300 excluding VAT.

The prices correspond to a fixed price: from 50 to 100 € 10.10 €; from 101 to 200 € 10.90 €; from 201 to 300 € 11.50 €; This is the postage rate against signature and with insurance up to € 200 maximum. As a reminder, the customer can request a higher recommendation rate than R2, in which case he must specify this when ordering and pay the difference. In the event of non-receipt of the package, the customer has a period of one month for BeauMonde to file a complaint with the postal services, after this period BeauMonde cannot intervene. BeauMonde will make a complaint to the carrier or postal services and may intervene with the customer only upon receipt of the response to the complaint attesting to the loss of the package. No reimbursement can be made beforehand without the certificate of the post office or the carrier of the lost package and beaumonde can only intervene at the maximum level of the rate R2, beyond if the customer has not requested additional insurance of his own. chef, BeauMonde does not reimburse the difference between the R2 rate, i.e. € 200 and the actual value of the invoice. Parcels sent postage paid will be compensated on the R2 basis of the post office, ie a maximum of € 200; If the customer wants better insurance, it is up to him to ask us for it and pay the supplement before the order is shipped. Without additional insurance, the difference between the € 200 and the actual amount of the goods is not reimbursed. The goods travel at the risk of the recipient.

BeauMonde is a site for professionals and do not use shipments without signature or insurance.

Delivery by carrier (TNT)

The package is generally delivered the next day before 1 p.m. If the customer is absent, the carrier will issue a calling card. The customer must get in touch with the carrier for a new delivery which causes additional costs. BeauMonde cannot be held responsible for the absence of the customer during delivery.

The prices are based on the weight of the package and will be communicated at the customer's request.

Deliveries abroad and dom

BeauMonde reserves the right to study the appropriate transport according to the country of destination, unless the customer has a preferred carrier. In this case he must indicate his account number to BeauMonde.

The shipping costs indicated when placing the order relate only to transport in mainland France, delivery prices, outside mainland France, will be calculated as soon as the customer has specified the country to which he wishes to be delivered.

ARTICLE 8: RETURN OF GOODS

BeauMonde has no return management given its title of wholesaler. BeauMonde is not a general public site but reserved for professional clients.

No return can be made without our prior written consent. If accepted, the merchandise must be returned carriage paid to the address indicated in its original packaging, in perfect condition, with the labels unaffected.

BeauMonde does not take back or exchange merchandise unless there is a manufacturing defect or error on its part. For this, the customer must notify within a maximum of 3 days in writing, indicating his invoice number. Otherwise no complaint will be accepted (within 3 days and in writing).

Complaints are made in writing only and not by phone.

In the event of an exceptionally authorized return following the customer's error, a credit will be sent to him in the form of a code to be used on his next

ordered. In addition, a return authorization code will be indicated to him and the customer must mention this code on the package or envelope in a legible manner. Without this authorization code, no return will be accepted by our services.

The costs of return are the responsibility of the customer as well as the costs of reshipment.

The credit note in the form of a code is valid for 6 months from its issue and cannot be refunded.

Despite all the care taken by BeauMonde in preparing the packages, a package may arrive defective due to transport. This is why the customer, upon receipt of his order, if he notices an anomaly, an open package, missing items ... he will have to make reservations with the postal services or carrier. The customer must inform BEAUMONDE upon receipt or at most three days following receipt. BeauMonde will then take the necessary steps to file a claim with the carrier. While waiting for the response from the carrier or the post office, no refund can be requested from BeauMonde.

On receipt of his order, insofar as the package has not been the subject of any complaint with the carrier and is in good condition, the customer will ensure that the products received are compliant. Any anomaly concerning the content of the delivery compared to the delivery note must be notified on the same day of receipt or at the latest 3 days following receipt at the head office of BeauMonde, in writing, by registered mail. Complaints cannot be made by telephone but only in writing. Any complaints beyond the indicated deadline will not be accepted. It is understood that the customer before making a complaint must ensure that he was the only one to open the package and that all the merchandise has been unpacked in order to avoid untimely complaints. BeauMonde will analyze the complaint and respond as soon as possible.

Any complaint made after this deadline will be rejected and BeauMonde will be released from all liability. BeauMonde reserves the right to ask the customer to return the defective product.
If the aforementioned conditions are met, BeauMonde will then issue a credit in the form of a code (subject to the validity of the buyer's request).

ARTICLE 10 - INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

In accordance with the provisions of the Intellectual Property Code, BeauMonde grants the customer a license to use the site only for his personal use. The BeauMonde site and its content are protected by the legislation in force on copyright and intellectual property.

In the event of a breach on the part of the buyer of any of its obligations, the sale will be terminated automatically and without warning. The items must be returned to BeauMonde within 48 hours.
